Today's rant....Rogers. By far, this is the WORST telecom company in North America. I have lived in both countries for an extended period of time, and out of AT&T, Comcast, Time/Warner (originally Road Runner, when I was with them), Verizon, Bell, Aliant/NBTel, and Rogers....Rogers is the worst. This is the most unethical company (and that's not saying much) you'll ever see. Please don't use them. If they offer you any kind of service, it's a scam. For my work phone, I was given the option to move from Rogers to Bell (our preferred vendor), and they would buy out my contract. So I called Rogers to get the final number to buy it out, so I can expense it. Then after I cancel, they chuck another $100+ of charges on it. Let's call them the Christmas Fees (doesn't matter what you call them). After talking to two people in customer service, they basically told me to go screw. Then last night I get a call from them that if I don't pay it in two weeks it's going to a collections agency. I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT THE FUCKING BILL IN THE MAIL YET! Are you fucking kidding me?  "

I know I've been away, way long away. I haven't found the Me time to blog here as much as I have for the Kyootycenter.blogspot.com blog. I find it easier since the boys fill in the spaces for me with what is going on in their lives.

Spring

and the lettuce experiment.

Today though I have this pic for you all.  I did it I took the bottom of my lettuce and planted it. It actually grew!!! I'm going to do more of this next year. It is not super tasty but it's fun.

For those Worried I'm still Buried in Snow....

These are the ladyslippers I found last summer coming back in the same location. I resisted the urge last year to transplant them into my garden, and left them alone. This year I think there are more and I can sneak a peak on my own to go and see them. I do not have to share with anyone but the animals that stop by this deer path. I suspect the deer left me this present. I will of course share with my readers.

If you look very very close to the left of the top fern leaf you will see a blue dragon fly.

The purple Violet is our Provincial Flower, these were sitting close to  the Lady Slipper another provincial flower which is also close to my current Province on the map of Canada.  I wonder how Provinces pick their flowers? I've seen the Alberta's Wild Rose grow here in the East, but not the Newfoundland Purple Pitcher Plant here.

And what are these? I thought they were mayflowers but they aren't pink. As you can see the snow is gone, gone gone.  Welcome Spring and Summer.
